Me and my wife are German living in the US (meet the 180 days precense test
for 2003).
I have only US source income for 2003.
My wife has NO US income but worked in the UK for that last 3 months of 2003
and paid UK taxes.
Can we do a 1040 married filing jointly?
Are there any forms to report her UK income in the US? 2555 doesnt seem to
apply since she wasn't a UK resident during the year.

If she worked in the UK for 3 months, then that would make her resident
in the UK during the year, wouldn't it?
Yes, you can file jointly.
