Manilla Questions for K-1

I would like to get some info on the manila embassy.
Mostly I would like to know what forms are sent in Packet 3 & 4 and what vaccinations
are received at the medical (or which ones are needed to get the visa rather)...
Me and my fiancee will be going through this process soon in Manila, and would like
to get everything together that we can ahead of time.
My main concern on vaccinations is that I hear she will have to get the hepatitis b
vaccination, and I know that to complete this series for that one vaccinations takes
6 months... So i would really like to know all I can about the medical examination if
anyone can shed some light on that matter for me.
