Default Maiden name or married name

MyI fiance thinks that he should place his ex-wife's married name instead of her
maiden name on the I-129F form which would not match the G-325A form where they ask
for her maiden name, please clarify.

Thank you

Default Re: Maiden name or married name

What my husband did was put

Sara (nee Jones) Wilson

It worked for him and INS

Remember they will have the divorce decrees and if he is the foreigner, they will have his marriage certificate from the former marriage. The names will match up.
