Maggs and Harold Thanks

I appreciate your replies to my posting on April 10 regarding my stepson's K-4. I didn't know I can go ahead and submit an I-130 for my stepsons. I did include them in the I-129F but I was confused about the possibilities of their obtaining the visa. I read somewhere that marriage had to take place before soon to be stepkids turned 18. I'll consult with an attorney and will submit an I-130 for my soon to be 21 [in July] stepson.
