to those who have yet to set an interview date with the Madrid Embassy, do it quick.
They used to average 4 weeks. As of today appointments are for October, thats 8 weeks.
Today, my husband called to ask for an earlier date and they told him that they are giving appointments for mid October.
We were lucky they gave us Aug 30 last week, initially it was for mid september, but we were lucky there was a slot for the 30th.
We shall call every day to see if an appointment is cancelled. His father is not doign too well but he doesnt want to leave me here alone either.
Hopefully, 30 aug is soon enough, plus my one month notice to life in spain, we should be there early October.
