Hi, i hope someone can help me with this
My fiance is an LPR , i read that as he is not a citizen he cannot apply for a K-1 visa for me , so my question is ........
What would be the quickest way for me to be with him in the states ?
Do we have to get married and i wait in the UK for a visa number to be available or can i wait in the US ?
Any help/advice is appreciated, Thanks.

Within that timeline, he will be eligible for naturalization. If he does that, once he is a US Citizen, he can have the priority changed on the I-130 for you and your number is current so to speak.
Perhaps you qualify for a student visa, work visa, or some other type of visa.
