I'm eligible to file for removal of condition, but I have lost my
green card. Has anyone been in the similar situation?
Any suggestions, please?

The reason I'm worried is because the directions for I-751 say I need
to include my green card with the application.
As Ronald Austin suggested, I called INS. The person I spoke with said
I need to go to police and report it lost/stolen. Then I include the
police report in my application instead of the actual card.
I hope this works...
You say you've run into this several times - are you a lawyer and work
with people applying for green cards?
Did you just omit the card and mail everything else? Or did you
include a letter of explanation or something?
Thanks,
Maya
