You might be interested to know that you could marry in columbia and file directy at
the consulate there, however it is probably a good idea to use an attorney in
Columbia to deal with the consulate. There is a link to an experience from Columbia
that has some tips in this regard in the "dcf:which visa" link on the doc steen site,
see the 'experiences' link in the dcf section. It would cut some valuable time off of
