Default London Interview forms - 156K???

Hi, quick question, I am completing the forms to send back to embassy. Now
the instructions state do not sign the form DS-156, no problem, easily not
signed but it does not state on the instructions do not sign 156K yet the
form itself has written on it - Do not write below this line - Does this
mean I shouldn't sign it until the day or should I sign it now as the first
set of instructions do not say DON'T

This is driving me crazy, and where the hell did form DS-157 come
from????????

The form DS-157 is mentioned nowhere in the instructions, should I just
complete it and return it with DS-230 Part 1, DS-156 and DS-156K?

This is when I begin to think national ID cards sound great, just to have a
consular officer swipe it and everything about me appears!!!

I think if I remember I didn't sign that form although I seem to only remember signing one form at the interview. I probably wouldn't sign it as it says not to, if that is a problem they'll tell you and I doubt it'll hold anything up.

Sorry this probably isn't very helpful I guess I'd do as the actual form says not the instruction sheet as it seems like the rules are changed regularly but the info sheet isn't updated (hence them ruling things out and stuff!)

Hope this is helpful although reading it back even I'm confused now!!!

I only sent back the DS-230 part 1 and the IV 15, (checklist) both signed. I received an interview date two days after the Embassy got my forms. The other forms I brought with me to the interview, (unsigned) - not a problem.

The DS-157 is a form that is usually sent out and filled in by males between the ages of 16 and 45 - see here for details.
