Letter from Employer for filing I-485 for dependent spouse
Is letter from employee needed for filing I-485 for my spouse. I filed I-485 under EB3 last August and it's still pending. She takes my PD (We married after my filing I-485) and my PD will be current in May. I have an old letter from my employer when filing my I-485 last August but was wondering if a new letter from employer is needed or the old one would do.
Is that letter even needed?

The letter from employer is not normally needed. Just proof of your pending/approved I-485, marriage certificate and copy of the pending/approved immigrant petition. Most lawyers also suggest filing an I-134 to show the spouse won't be a burden to the government.
