LC application PD:6/8/2001, DOL received: 3/6/2002 (San Francisco)

Anybody with similar dates in Labor Certification Application? Any
experiences?
I had a friend with 2/14/2002 DOL receive date, and he got his approval from
DOL 2 months ago in San Diego,
We have 2 weeks in between, yet still I am waiting, any ideas?

DOL is not always predictable, and doesn't always process cases in
sequence. There can also be actual reasons for discrepancy. In any case, I
don't think there is any reason to be concerned quite yet, not until the
discrepancy is at least six months or so.

It would be best to ask an attorney what the issue might be. You could
also ask your Congressional Representative for assistance.
