laid off h1b worker has a new choice now?
I recently read in www.murthy.com newsletter that if you had an h1 with company A and
then you joined another company B that filed for your H1. Assuming that compnay A has
not revoked your H1 and it has not expired either, you can go back to company A.
My question is what if one gets H1 transferred from company A to company B, does it
it apply to him as well?
