USCIS woke me up at 1:30 to inform me that the 4 application numbers had been accepted.
Also forgot to turn my bastard phone on silent, but i'll let that slide!

I'll keep adding updates on to this post in case it's useful for others as i know i found other peoples timelines helpful.
Letter received today to go to Dallas application center on June 22nd for my biometrics appointment. Appointment exactly 1 month after USCIS received my docs

Got Congressman office to expedite my case for the i131/i765 based on pre-booked travel. Update from USCIS within 24 hours of case being submitted by Congressman's office that it had been approved
May 22nd - Case received at Chicago Lockbox
June 22nd - Biometrics taken
August 17th - EAD/AP approved after expediting with Congressman's office (Pre-booked travel and waiting on Advance Parole approval)

However, the timeline here suggested that the approval happened in the normal course businesses. In fact, congressional inquiry can slow down an individual application which is within normal processing times.

I read the post as implying that the congressional inquiry was the cause of the approval. They are quite useful to break a logjam on long delay.

My local rep submitted an enquiry with copies of my flight booking confirmation and dates, the rep then forwarded me the email response from uscis saying I would be contacted shortly regarding my case.
I received my advance parole in the mail today.

Congrats! I'm rapidly approaching a year since submission and still have the "Pending Scheduling"
I recently moved from Texas to Illinois though so a change in centers.
My InfoPass appointment last week called Missouri and they said "expect it any day", but then who knows..
