Hi everyone, our AOS interview is coming up in NY, we don't want to ask any
one to baby sit unless we really have to, would it be ok to take our 2 kids
aged 4 and 6 (they are USC's) to the interview with us? Thanks in
advance...BJ

We brought our son during our AOS interview and i know some friends did
that too. The officer said that we are obviously married. Taking your
kids may help proving you are really happily married :)

But, check with your local office on this, because policies vary. For
example, in our Sacramento suboffice, people are asked not to bring
children unless specifically requested in the interview notice because
the waiting room is so small.
