Ki Paper work
My girlfriend has now submitted the 129F allong with the Bios and all support paper work to Vermont, we are now awaiting the outcome.
I need to submit and register my application with London now. Does anyone know of a site that will walk me through in an uncomplicated way, the timetable of doccuments and when they should be sent. I have all my supporting stuff ready, police certs etc.
Any information would be gratefully received,
regards,
Rob

Re: Ki Paper work
Rob... you can open a preliminary file with the London Embassy and this is what you need to send them
http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_web/visa/iv/iv15.htm
Its an IV15 form for the Fiancee visa .. I do have a .PDF version of this file if you would prefer it rather than printing the web page out..
The forms you need can be found at ..

Re: Ki Paper work
Pete,
Thanks for your speedy reply, i have the IV 15 here at hand it tells me i should send the DS230 Pt 1, the DS-156 and the 156k or should they only be sent on the approval from Vermont.
I have completed all the paper work and have all the certs and supporting stuff completed.

Hi Rob,
Personally I would wait until you get approval but I don't think it
would do any harm if you sent it in earlier. Remember to send only the
forms they ask for and not any of the supporting documentation.
