I am in Canada but moving back to the US. My husband is a Canadain Citizen and in
Canda. I filed a I-130 and got a Notice of Action. My question is do I file for a K3?
When I called the Consulate they told me that I just had to wait til I hear from
Montreal for my husband. They told me that the I-129F was for Fiance(e), but I know
it is used for married couples. If I do file it, what else do I file?
