k3 visa question, passport name
hi there is it manadatory that my wife's name on her pakistani passport be the same as it is in the application on the I-130 and the I-129 forms?
My immigration lawyer said do not worry about it.

Why are you paying an attorney if you don't trust him?
As long as there is legal documentation linking the passport name to the
name she is using, then that is fine. The marriage certificate generally
serves this purpose.
