K3 Visa Help
Recently my wife received her K3 visa. We were under the impression
that the visa was good for 2 years, until the regular Immigrant visa
was approved. Upon entry to the United States, she received a small
white card that says that her stay is only good for 90 days! Is this
an error or is this the normal proceedure?
The immigrant visa should be approved with in this time period, but I
am worried about any little thing that could foul this up. What can
we do to extend this period? Can she overstay this period by paying a
fee?
Thanks in advance for any insight!

First time I've heard of that one but then TSC is taking 33 months to do 2nd NOAs. You must be going thru VSC? This sounds like a question for our lawyer folks?

I would investigate as K3s are supposed to be for 2 years. It's probably a mistake as this is still (in INS/BCIS terms) a new type of visa. They clerk who processed your wife's papers might have mistaken her visa as a K1 instead of K3.
