Default k3 visa delays

I was married in Cambodia in February. My I130 was activated may 20th
and my k3 visa application was accepted and activated july 1st. I am
hearing no cases have been processed for months at this time. I also
heard The government is waiting for the dept. of Homeland security
bill to be passed until they will start processing them again. I would
love to here any new correct news on processing at this time. I would
also love to here processing dates for anyone who has some time to
reply. I miss my wife in Cambodia so much. Bankok embassy interview
info is also welcome.

Thanks for helping with the stress.

Hi Lonny,
We have been waiting since September 12 2002 for "Administrative
Processing." (my fiancée is from Iran and we had our interview in
Ankara/Turkey).
I hope what you say about the Dept. of Homeland Security is wrong and we
won't have wait much longer.
I'm wondering have you called Bankok embassy lately? if you did please let
us know what they are saying. I think it would be a good idea for all of us
who are waiting for "Administrative processing" to call the embassy in which
we had our interviews and post what they tell us in this NG. This way we can
find out if they are B.S.ing us or not.

Take care and keep hope alive, that's all we can do now...

Sean Afshar.

I went to Bankok and visited my wife sept. 15th to Oct 15th and spent
2days at the embassy interviewing the staff and people processing
paperwork and going to their interviews. The staff didn't have our
paperwork yet and the people going to interviews made bankok seem
difficult but preparing this way does give us some advantage. Sharing
this info on groups could also give us an advantage

thanks
Lonny
