Thanks for the straight forward advice Will you be filing the I-130's to the USA or the USCIS office in the UK? Overall, from filing I-130 to getting Immigrant Visa in hand takes about 8 - 10 months total, regardless of where the I-130 is filed. Rene |

USCIS does not process visas. USCIS processes petitions (among other things, which do not include visas), not the same thing.
