Is the K-3 immigrant or fiancé(e) visa???

Neither one. K-3 is a non-immigrant spouse visa. If your spouse enters the USA with a K-3 visa, they have to adjust status to permanent resident after arrival.

Just some advice, the K-3 form (I-129F) often says "fiance", just ignore it and put your spouse.
