K3 & Travel?
Can someone here explain to me exactly how the K3 works. From what I've
been able to find out, a K3 Visa holder can not be outside of the US for
more than 6 months total per year. Does this change after AOS and EAD? I'm
looking at a potential move to a job outside the US that would start
February 2004.
If my wife is living here in the US and has done AOS and EAD and received a
SS# can she live outside the US (fulltime) and still be able to return with
me when I
come to visit my family even if she has been outside the US for more than 6
months? Any help or links to websites with this info is greatly
appreciated.

Re: K3 & Travel?
My wife has a K-3 visa, and I've never heard of that rule. We were
told at the point of entry that it's good for 2 years and it's
multiple entry, etc. They said that that was the only time
restriction. They did point out that as soon as we got the CR-1 visa,
etc, then it would be invalid, etc.
