What s the longest wait for the K3? I have been waiting since April 25
anyone still waiting from that time of before? I thought spose visa
was supposed to be priority..!

This is my reply from your other thread in case you didn't see it. Time to be proactive.........
Your USC spouse should be making some inquiries then-128 days for MSC is NOT normal. You now would be as Matt says "overdue". If it was me I would be contacting my elected representative to find out what's going on.
Has your husband tried contacting MSC?i

Her 1st NOA is April 25th.


Spouses are not necessary given a priority... look at how quicky VSC K-1's fly through. They are the only ones that are ahead of you... the fiance visas being approved by other service centers are mostly from march and beyond.

If you have a lawyer you need to have her look into it... if you don't you need to do as cindy says above!!

Have him call his local representative!! someone posted once how they take forever to answer faxes or emails.. the quickest way is a phone call. I was looking at the reports for K-3's and they are processing cases from July now!!
