After 85 days, today my K3 petition for my Canadian wife was approved
by the MSC! Wow, what a feeling. I know there's lots more ahead, but
it feels great just to know that we are on our way.
NOA1 MSC: Oct 28, 2003
NOA2 MSC: Jan 23, 2004
Anyone have any dealings recently with the Montreal consulate? How
long can I expect the rest of the process to take...that is, how long
till the NVC clears the case, sends it Montreal, and Montreal send us
the Packet?
Any info is appreciated.
best,
joe

Joe, i'll be starting the process in February and going through Montreal also.
I'd appreciate it if you'd post your timeline info as it progresses.

I'll be starting K3 in a couple of months (just need to organise a wedding!), so I would love to see both of your timelines.
Many thanks,
Kath
