Does this packet include the interview date when it's sent to the beneficiary spouse abroad??

From what I've seen around the forum, I think it depends on the consulate.

It doesn't make any sense. If they do mail the interview date, what happens when the country has a corrupt mail system and the paperwork gets lost?

call up the consulate and tell them u didn't get the packet and request if u can pick up another set urself.
