k3 new delhi
 

Hi
I just got my second noa for k3 on May 9.
Are there any guys who have gotten there k3"s in New Delhi ,and be willing to share there K3interview experiences in New Delhi(I read the Kamya website and it was good)
Could u plz tell me how much more time is it gonna take after approval noa 2 in New Delhi.
How does the new delhi embassy schedule the interviews. Do they send the interview letter with packet3 so that u fill it up and go for scheduled interview or u get the packet 3 first, fill it up, send to embassy and then get the interview scheduled
The embassy website states that they schedule interviews for next month till the 15 th of current month

My wife got her K-3 visa from New Delhi. Make sure u take all the
necessary documents mentioned in the application package you receive
from the embassy. my wife was sent all the forms and she had to fill
it in and take them with her on the interview date along with her
medical examination report. she was asked general questions like how
did she know me, and where do i work. all the questions are based upon
what u write in your visa application form and other suporting
documents. make sure u take your wedding pictures, phone bills,
emails, letters, greetings cards and all that. Wish u good luck.

Hi makkabokka
I heard K1 is an easy thing at New Delhi.
This is all that I did
I filed I 130 and put new delhi as the consulate there.I about a week i got the I797 which is the receipt for I130.I hooked the receipt ,copy of my citizenship certificate,a check of 110 dollars,my marriage certificate with the i129 f and sent all the documents with a cover letter to the chicago adress.In about a week or so I got the noa 1 and in about 2 weeks of the noa 1 i got the noa 2 online.Now i am waiting some kind of correspondance from either NVC or something online.
Well why do u think that u will be denied for a k1 .So far I am not aware of any k1being denied in New Delhi unless u r having a previous marriage and do not have the divorce certificate.

was on feb 3rd. i would say it usually takes about one month or so
after the 2nd NOA till your wife will receive the packet 4 from Delhi
embassy. she'll be sent the application packet 4 the first time which
she needs to fill in and attach the medical examination report with
all other supporting documents and appear for the interview on the
scheduled date. please note that new delhi directly sends out packet 4
that includes application package. good luck.
