Hi all...just in case you are looking for K3 time lines,
1st NOA I-129f .....8th October
2nd NOA ...28th January
Heart still racing...lol...still got a huge mountain to climb but it is a start!!

It is a K3...they are all done through the MSC...they call it a I-129f the same as for the fiance visa though it is for people who are married.
Hope your wait isn't too long.

im so happy for you, did i not tell you good things come to those who wait, thats the first big step over, lets hope the rest is speedy for you, well im getting all my stuff ready. leaving to drive down to london in a few hours, by tommorrow night i will probably need matchsticks to keep my eyes open, i will let you all know as soon as i get back.

On another note, it seems that MSC is working on those K3 petitions since Julie's 1st NOA is dated 10/8/02!!!!

Great news!! Finally Sept 30th processing dates have moved on for MSC.
This is very exciting!
