This case has been approved. On October 28, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
That means I should be receiving my 2nd NOA right? Or does it mean something else? I've read about cases where the immigrant doesn't have to be interviewed, so I'm wondering if that will apply to us...
Thanks.

hccyong,
Yes, it means that you should soon be receiving your 2nd NOA. Congratulations.
Not too many months ago the DOS instituted a policy that virtually all visa applicants must be interviewed. Do not expect that your fiance(e) will get a visa without one.
Regards, JEff

Thanks, I do expect an interview. I was just surprised when I saw some of the other people's timelines showing that there wasn't an interview. But yeah, those were not recent cases.
