Have a look at my timeline. I applied for my EAD and have an NOA of 26th Aug. I'm just past day 60 of waiting for it. I have noticed on this NG that some K3'ers have got their EAD much quicker than this though, so your husband may be luckier than me when he gets here. I have phoned the National Customer Helpline but they aren't interested until I pass day 90!

Leslie,
It's not the I-751 you will need to file, it's the I-765 (application for Employment Authorization)...
