Hi Everyone!

Does anyone know whether K3ier is eligible for Individual Tax
Identification Number (ITIN) for tax purposes??

Or do you have to apply for EAD and then get SSN??

Can you get SSN without applying for EAD??

A K3 needs an EAD to get an SSN from what I have seen.
Anyone that is not entitled to a SSN can get an ITIN to file taxes.
A person who is entitled to a SSN would not be able to you ITIN

My husband got an ITIN while we were waiting for the K3 to be issued for tax purposes. Once he's here, then he can file for the EAD and SSN.
