Received my approval notice for my wife's K3. 1st noa 6/18 2nd noa 11/29.
What's strange is that I checked the online status everyday and there was not
change! Even now with the approval notice in my hands, no change. Don't go by
what the online status says, you may get it in the mail. Now to the Manila
side, hopefully my wife get's her paperwork before Xmas. It was a hard process.
If there's one think I've learned dealing with the INS is patience, compassion,
and forbearance. Good luck in all your cases and thank you for all the help.

Christian, send a copy of your approval notice to your wife adn she must call
the US consulate , Manila so that they will deliver her packet. If she fail to
call, they won't sent anything to her. BTW K3 and K1 are walk in interview
every friday 7 to 11 am. First come first serve basis.

I heard that the Embassy in Manila does send out a letter stating that
someone has petitioned them and then they include the phone numbers to call.
The phone is busy quite a lot when you try to call it, but I have heard you
can call it 24/7 and the best times to call is at midnight or 5:00 - 6:00
AM. This is where my husband is, trying to contact the embassy to have them
send the packet #3 out to him....so far, no luck since he is at work and
then tries to call them when he gets off - probably the busiest times, and
he has no phone in his house plus it has to be called on a PLDT phone. So
good luck and let me know.
