K3/AOS/pre-130 approval in MO
Hi,
took a trip to the Kansas City Office today to enquire about a K3'er filing for AOS/EAD before the I-130 is approved and it was a resounding no. Have to file for EAD thru Chicago and await I-130 approval.
From previous things i've read about visiting the office, i expected to get a number and then a long wait all day, but i arrivied, went through security and was shown straight to an immigration officer and had my question answered in about 5 seconds. So much for the 3 hour drive
