Hello,
My wife has been here on a K3 (good for 2 years) for the last 5 months and
she just got her EAD last week and her SSN is in the works now. I have two
basic questions and would appreciate any informative answer:
1- We haven't filed for AOS yet - Are we running into the risk of being
late in filing?
2- If we file the AOS next week will she still be able to travel to her
home country and come back this Christmas holiday on her K3? What if we
don't file until she gets back, is that option better or worse?
