K3 advice
Hi,
I am seeking advice on a K3 Visa. My situation is a bit complicated.
I married a Ukranian girl on June 7th of this year. Now, I am waiting
on notarized translation of marriage certificate. What complicates
matters
is she is 6 months pregnant with our baby and her due date is October
of this year.
I received documents from the U.S. consulate in Kiev to begin the
petition to bring her to the U.S. As I complete the I-130 and G-325A,
I am wondering how do I communicate in the documentation that my wife
is pregnant and will be having my son. Is there a seperate I-130 I
need to complete for my unborn child that needs to be completed?
Initially, I considered completing the request on my own but I am
beginning to have doubts. Is there a pro-bono lawyer that is willing
to take on my case or at minimum coach me along?
Any and all help greatly appreciated

Re: K3 advice
I would fill out the I-130 as if she is not pregnant.
And after you receive you NOA for I-130, I would immediately
fill out the I-129 application for your spouse's K-3 Visa and express
mail it to the Chicago Center. Include a copy of the NOA.
It will take from 60-90 days to process the K-3 Visa. Hopefully
it will be closer to 60 and she can come her before delivery.

Re: K3 advice
I know little of these matters because I am just becoming envolved. I have
a lady in China who I will marry in Oct. and then I will begin bringing her
to America.
But I was at the America Embassy website reading the Questions and Answers.
One person stated that the wife was pregnant and could the embassy speed
things up. The answer was yes.
I am not giving advice becuase I am so lacking in the overall picture right
now. But for what it is worth good luck.
