Our 129 was approved last March but our 130
is still pending inTexas......and my husband has to renewal his work
visa sometime next year
I have a few questions;
when should we apply for the renewal
and how long does it usually take for it to
be renewed?
what after the 130 is approved what do we
do next?

I dont think so.....he just got his work visa so he could get his social
security card....what is the form we have to get tor that and what do we
need .......this is all new to us. please help us.
