k3 -129F at NBC only processed 2 days!!!
 

:scared: This sucks now i am really sad and DO NOT see any light at the end of the tunnel, the I-129F at the National Benefits Center is only processed 2 days in about 2 weeks or so :(

This means the k3 will take FOREVER to process. :(

I couldn´t believe it when I saw it !
Only 2 days in 15 days !
It´s very frustrating.
Is there anything we can do about it ?

at this rate it looks like it make take 60 months for my case to be approved!!! :( :( :(

At this rate K3 is not going to be worth it once the backlog increases and I-130s start being approved first.

I have an idea,.. (helped me,..?)
I got tired of waiting,.. and took a 3 week vacation to see my wife,.. been
back 3 weeks,.. my receipt date is Feb.5,..
it doesn't make things faster, BUT,.. WE have a little control over the US
government/SLOW STUPID process,..?
I am happy I went to visit,.. I would have gone totally insane with the
recent slowdown,..

Well, that's what happened to me. They lost my paperwork at NBC and now Vermont approved my I-130.
All I can say is thank you Vermont.

Wayne, you did go to the US to see your wife, I guess...
Did they let you in ?
Did you have to say you´re waiting for your K-3, and you´re married and all that, and they let you in anyway ?
I´d like to know if that´s an option.
Anybody in the same case has been in the US in the middle of the K-3 process ?
I´ve heard contradictory things about that...

I would't believe the web site I checked it every day this morning I got our NOA 2 approval for our K 3 in the mail dated June 2 our recieve date was Feb 9 was I surprised

it was you the one outside the US...Now I read it again and it
makes more sense.
It´s been a difficult day for all us the :(:(:( I-129f'ers in NBC.
(Including yourself )
I wish you good luck and it seems you´re about to get your 2nd NOA very soon...let us now when you get it !

After hardship comes ease and what you have told me it TRULY AMAZING! This means just use those processing dates as a "GUIDELINE" and take it with a grain of salt perhaps? Then in that case May GOD Bless you and make your case get done quickly! ')
