K3-$81 was encashed but No NOA (1st)....

Hi,

We filed our I-129F last Feb 5, 2003 with $81.00 check...the check was encashed already but we have not receive anything at all...no Notice of Action (1st)

Please, help...what do we do...

Hi:

Your cancelled check will have the file number on it.

The NOA may have been lost in the mail. Sometimes our office gets an envelope with two NOA's in it -- one of which is not ours. The NOA''s are generated by computer and stuffed in window envelopes by machine.
