Default K1 Visa...Now What

Well, I finally got my fiancee here after a years wait (not all the fault of
immigration). Anyway, I have spent hours researching on how to get her here,
now I need to know what to do next. We have 90 days to get married. Can
someone please point me to some resources on what to do next...(AOS, forms,
etc...)???

Thanks,
Jason & Angelica

After you get married she should apply for her AOS (I-485) and EAD (I-765), and if you guys are planning on traveling outside of the country you should also look into the AP (I-131). You can of course download all the forms from the USCIS website: http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/index.htm
And either before or after you get married she should also apply for her SS#. If she just recently entered the country she may not be in the SAVE system yet so you may want to wait a little longer before you go apply for it.

www.visajourney.com
www.immigration.gov

Go to Visa Journey and Read FAQ After Marriage-Adjustment of Status.

Go to USCIS website and download forms from forms fees and fingerprints.

Any Questions: ask this forum.
