Hi,

I am a USC and about to file K1 petition for my fiancee. With I-129F, I would need her passport photo and G325A biographic Information. My question is that is scanned copy of her G325A OK or we need her original signature on the form?

You need the original G-325A with her original signature. Don't use a scanned copy. You will also need her original signed letter of intent.

All forms must be originals with original signatures.

I think you need her signed letter of intent, too.
