Hey guys. My fiance is compleeting the I-134 form and gathering all that stuffs together. Im wanting to know what we do with the form - does he just send it to me and I take it to the consulate meeting? Does he send it to the USA gov to sihn or stamp or something? Totally confused, thanks guys.

The USC fills out and signs the I-134 and provides the backup documents. Then the USC sends the original, signed I-134 to you, plus a photocopy of the backup docs, to take with you to your visa interview. The USC should keep a copy of everything he sends to you for his own records.

So I don't bring the origional docs to the consulate? Do I have to do anything with them? Thanks for the fast reply (this sight is wonderful, it's been my main source of info).

You bring the original I-134 to the consulate, and you bring photocopies of the backup which goes along with the I-134 to the consulate.

The USC keeps a copy of the I-134 and the originals of the backup at home for his records.
