I am getting ready to file for a K1 application with the INS in Texas. Any advice on
how the procedure can be shortened?
Thanks

Write a check to a lawyer. Then your end of the procedure would be very short. Read

The only advice is get in line behind the rest of us and wait and try very hard to be
patient ( not an easy thing to do trust me). Last update noted was one petition with
1st NOA dated Sept 7th was approved this week. 1st notice can happen any time from
just over a week up to a month or more. Yes read the link Onigiri provided plus here
is another Message/ Complaint board TSC specific

I hope this has helped some!

Just be sure you have followed the directions properly. An RFE (request for more
evidence) will really slow you down. Take Care. Shelley
