Hi Gang,
My fiancee is filing the I-129F packs and associated forms this week. My
question is we are going to get married on May 24th 2003 do you think (in
your opinion) that we have left enough time for TSC to do their stuff and
for London to do theirs???
All the best (with fingers crossed)
Dominic

hi dominic,
with the disclaimer that you never can tell...
my best guess is you've left yourself enough time. took us 3 and a half months
end to end using texas and london. but i have heard texas has slowed down some
since then. still, 6 months seems reasonable - london are quick. get yourself a
provisional file set up NOW with london embassy and start collecting your
english documents. then when they get the texas approval all they have left to
do is schedule the interview.
best of luck.
