Hi there,

I am curios if the INS or the consulate will create a problem in
approving a K1 visa when both the petitioner and the beneficiary are
from the same country. I am originally from the the country (now a
USC) where I am trying to sponsor my fiancee from and she is my true
fiancee for several years now. I went back home very recently for few
weeks just to fulfill the requirement but chose not to get married
there and apply for a K1 here in the State. Any idea or experience
sharing will be appreciated.
