Default K1 question

Hi. I noticed on our NOA1 that Case Type is I-129f petition for fiance/e/
Spouse. On the example NOA1s I have found on the Net, i noticed most folks'
i129f NOAs omit the Spouse part. Which leads me to believe that because we
mailed to NSC and now have a MSC receipt number, NSC screwed up and thinks we
are doing the I129f with the I130. Can anyone confirm this? What recourse do
we have? Im refuse to wait longer due to their error. Should we contact a
congressman or simply cancel the i129f and get married in poland and do the
i130?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

They maybe have just forwarded it to the MSC because they're so backed up at the NSC. When I applied to adjust my status I applied through my local office in Atlanta. When I received an RFE (request for further evidence) it came from MSC though. I figured it had to do with the fact that Atlanta is probably also really backed up. I don't think you should get too worried quite yet.
