K1 Processing Question
Occasionaly, in looking at some processing times web sites (i.e.
davehollis.com, etc.) I notice that someone will have received a second NOA
from say, NSC, in a 2 or 3 months rather than 6 months like most people. Why is
this? What happens that someone gets lucky enough to get a response way ahead
of everyone else. Obviously this is the exception and not the rule, but I don't
understand this.
Thanks!
