Hi,
Ive just filed (30th june) and I know Im jumping the gun by about 6 months!! But what will packet 3 ask of me... Is it birth cert/ police report...anything else?
Im filing at california, wish I could of filed at vermont as I hear it goes quicker...
PS chances of this being sorted by xmas???

Are you the immigrant? What did you file? From your post, it sounds like you're the USC, since you filed an I-129F at CSC.

If that's the case, you won't receive Packet 3 at all. The intending immigrant will.

What consulate will the immigrant be using?

If you go to the London consulate's website, they have a list of the documents you will need to complete for your visa.
