Hi everyone.

Does anyone have any experience with the nebraska center and then the warsaw
embassy? proccessing times, i mean....

we are sending out our K1 application this tuesday, 16th nov. my bf will be
visiting here, in poland for a month late january. is there a chance of
getting an interview around that time assuming all goes well?


i know he doesnt have to be there but it sure would be nice.....

Hi!

Nebraska is presently processing K1 for petitions received on August 2nd (though they don't seem to have updated this for about three weeks so could be later). So as that's 3 1/2 months just for that part of the process you don't have much chance of an interview earlier than April/May.

i do realise it is quite the time frame that we are talking about with a k1
visa but i also know the warsaw embassy seems to be good about things.....

so i was just wondering when to, more less, expect the interview. i am
trying to give ourselves enough time for things and more less know what and
when to expect....
