Hello All,
My K-1 Fiancee had a complete medical exam ( including chest x-ray, which we have),
just two months ago prior to coming to the USA on her K-1.It was at a major
Hospital with US educated physicians, and her immunizations are all up to date ( we
have the records).
I see that the AOS process also requires a medical exam ( which of course we must
pay for), and I was wondering if the earlier exam would suffice or not? Is there
a specific form or precedent for this that would fulfill that particular
requirement for AOS?
Aside from the monetary saings, it would also save her from undergoing another
repetitive exam that takes time, etc...
TIA, Harley
