As JEff points out, there are things your fiancee will need from you in order to file the I-129F...does she have these already? If not you will need to hustle to get those things to her by this weekend!

But there's no rush, really...waiting another 2 weeks to file the I-129F isn't going to change your timeline much in the long run.

Thank you all again for your help, my USC now has what she needs from me for her to submit the I-129f.

I really appreciate everyones help and understanding, as I was far from clued up on the visa's.
