Default k1 k2 issues and co-sponsor

hi there i am new to this site and need some clearificaton on
different questions.i am in the process of i-129 fiancee visa 130 days
and still waiting for noa approvell.but thats ok.
1)i would like to deal with k2 issues...i am mother of 2 children who
have soul custody of children and have authorization from the court to
have and bring my childrn to usa with me to make our residence.i had
to get this because father did not want to sign any authorization for
children to join me to usa...and he did not even appear in court.do
you think this will be sufficient for interview in my home
country''canada'' at the us consoulate,i am applying to go to the
u.s.a.on a k1 visa and k2 for children .i also have children
passports.so i have passports and court order is this enough???.
2) i need to figure out how to have i-134 affidavit of support
prepared.due to the fact my fiancee is on a disability and we need a
co-sponsor.we have a co-sponsor and i believe he meets required
income.what i would like to know if any one can help me.has anyone
gone through simular exspereince with co-sponsor and what is
required..i know they must meet 125% poverty guide line but what is
that for 2003???co-sponsor has him and wife and 2 children and i have
me and 2 children that equalls 7 does my fiancee also have to be added
as #8 or does he just file his own 1-134 seperate???.this co-sponsor
stuff makes my head spin.
ok next ? since my fiancee has not files income tax for the last 3 yrs
and is not required from doing so...does he give income tax from the
recents yrs before 2000??and does he have to also give copy of his
social security benefits.over all i understand that the u.s.a.is
conserned that i dont become a public charge...and i have not become
that here in canada and i do intend on working.i am just so concerened
of what the u.s consolate in canada will need and want the day of my
interview.can someone help me or direct me to needed info???ty
